From August 13 to 27, the National Academy of Education Administration (NAEA) and Singapore's Ministry of Education Centre for Educational Leadership (CEL) jointly organized a study tour to Singapore under the Future School Leadership Program. The delegation also participated in the Public-Service Teacher International Exchange and Cooperation Program, with the theme "Digital Transformation in Education and Future School Leadership."

The program comprised three stages, namely the pre-departure session, overseas study session and session for reflection and summary. The topics of the study tour including In-depth exchanges covered whole-person education, curriculum policy, school leadership development, educational digitalization, AI applications, and school evaluation etc.

The Future School Leadership Program takes a reciprocal model, 28 participants from 11 Chinese provinces and regions participated in this first cohort of Chinese principals studying in Singapore, while 30 Singapore principals attended two previous cohorts in China.
