On March 3rd,the 21st Program for Mid-level University Administrators from Zhejiang Province was held at NAEA. Vice President Yu Jingtian attended the opening ceremony and gave a speech.

　　Yu Jingtian stressed that General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the opening ceremony of the Program for Young and Middle-aged Cadres at the Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C.(National Academy of Governance) put forward requirements and expectations for young cadres. He said it is vital for young cadres to not only improve their professoinal ability but also enhance their theoretical literacy.
