On Febuarary 28, the National Academy of Education Administration held the opening ceremony of 2022 spring semester. Huai Jinpeng, Minister of Education and President of NAEA, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. The opening ceremony was presided over by Hou Huijun, Party Secretary, Executive Vice President of NAEA.

　　Huai Jinpeng stressed five points in his speech. First, we should enhance historical self-confidence. Second, we must improve the quality of personnel training and original innovation capability. Third, we need to promote the quality and balanced development of compulsory education, and pursue social equity and justice through educational equity. Fourth, we must vigorously implement the strategic action of digitalization of education. Fifth, we should strengthen faculty development and enhance teach capacity building.
