On the morning of October 10, the 13th Theoretical Training Program for Middle-level Administrators from MOE was held at National Academy of Education Administration. Xu Xiaoping, executive vice president of the MOE Party School attended the opening ceremony and made a speech. Hou Huijun, party secretary and executive vice president of NAEA, delivered a welcome speech. The opening ceremony was presided over by Yu Jingtian, vice president of NAEA.

　　In her speech, Xu Xiaoping suggested that participants should hold firm beliefs, have courage to take responsibility, hone their skills and abide by the rules of discipline. Hou Huijun pointeed out that the Party Committee of NAEA attached great importance to this training program, as it was an urgent need for party middle-level managers to fully implement the new development concept, promote the high-quality development of education and accelerate the modernization of education. She suggested that all participants strictly should abide by the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, study hard and strive to achieve fruitful results.
