On the morning of October 10th, the 2nd Program for Rural Primary and Secondary School Principals in Western China (2021) Funded by Tin Ka Ping Foundation kicked off at NAEA .

　　A total of 89 secondary school principles and 95 elementary school principles from western rural areas would study at NAEA for 12 days. The program would focus on the 14th five-year plan and building quality rural schools.The contents would be delivered by professional lecture, principals’ forum, field study, and presentations, etc.
